The Section Leadership Conference is a Section-sponsored annual training event to help leaders from across our Section, both youth and adult, develop skills and relationships to better serve them both inside and outside of Scouting and the Order of the Arrow. Join your fellow Arrowmen on January 14th, 2024, at The College of New Jersey, for this excellent event.
Sunday
Sunday will feature all-day trainings with a break for lunch. The actual schedule for the event is to be announced, but check in will take place in the morning and the trainings will go until roughly 4pm. After the trainings, participants are welcome to attend and observe the Winter Council of Chiefs meeting.
Council of Chiefs
Following the conclusion of the trainings on Sunday, the Section will be hosting the Winter Council of Chiefs meeting. Lodge Chiefs, Advisers, and others interested are encouraged to join us for this meeting, where we’ll be going over Conclave plans and other business items. This meeting gives Arrowmen a chance to learn how our Section operates!
